Had a fab time at RiKaShaKe really enjoyed the class, it was fun and I definitely felt the burn and how you use every muscle. This is something I would like to stick at. I was exercising and having fun all at the same time can't wait for the next class.... x

As a mum of 3 children and a very busy lifestyle, finding a high energy, quick fitness class was paramount for me. When I rode the Rikashake for the first time it blew my socks off, I've never laughed, bounced and worked so hard in 30 minutes? My fitness and cardio has increased massively. I've had 6 knee operations and using the trampolines has helped me strengthen my stabilisers and helped my knee joints. Every age and size can do it, just try, after a few goes you will know the routines and really give 100%

I first seen the video on facebook , when I seen it had come to llantwit I was so excited to try it, so booked in straight away, my first class was amazing and I actually felt like id done an hours workout in 30 minutes. I have now been to 3 sessions of riKaShake & plan on going a few times a week would recommend it to anyone one of the best exercise classes I've ever been to x

when i heard about the Rikashake classes starting up i was excited if not a little hesitant. Im not an exercise freak in fact i hate exercising full stop if it seems like too much hard work. Rikashake though is totally enjoyable and made fun by the people teaching it. Its very rare for me to find something involving exercise that i enjoy so much. Now im not saying its easy but we had such a laugh i almost forgot i was exercising at all. I strongly recommend ppl to try it and cant wait for my next class xx

I don't have a lot of free time so a workout class that's 30minutes is fantastic. It's so much fun and once you get into the flow it's a great laugh, the instructors are fantastic & enthusiastic....You definitely have to try it xxx

I love RiKaShaKe! I would advise anyone to try it. It's an amazing work out in just 30 minutes. If you don't get the moves straight away don't worry just keep bouncing, don't give up because you will soon realise exercising is really enjoyable!

Can't believe how much fun it is, I joined out of good will for my old next door neighbour and to show support for the village activities, the first class nearly killed me, but it was so much fun I can't wait for next week and the next! It's hardcore but the trainer is amazing and fun but also works you to the bone! Truly loved it!

Someone who is very outspoken normally I'd just lost all confidence of going to a gym after a bad experience with a personal trainer but missed exercising and having a little me time... So after a few months of texting and emailing Craig I finally got my butt into TFL centre and never looked back! I love the novelty of the 30 minute RiKaShaKe and RiKaShoTz classes and most of all laughing and feeling very welcome. Jordan and Craig have fun and truly care and make you feel a part of their community.! Thanks guys you really do an amazing job... RiKaShaKe is a fantastic workout and great fun. I love the fact that it is 30 minutes and I have no excuses for not getting to a class. The best thing about it is you get an all over body workout in that short space of time and feel it working after the class has finished. Love it x

I've recently started RiKaShaKe classes and I have to say how fantastic they are. I've been out of exercise for a while but this has really given me my motivation back. The class is only 30 minutes long but I feel like I have really worked out when it's over. The instructors are friendly and encouraging and the music is great, you can't help but enjoy yourself even though you are working hard. My energy levels have already increased and I'm looking forward to seeing the results I know I'll achieve. I have introduced my friends to the classes and would recommend them to everybody.

RikaShake is a Fab fast workout..I've never had so much fun & used so much energy in 30 minutes before! The trainers are really friendly & it's a great atmosphere..I look forward to the next session which I wouldn't usually if going to the gym lol.. work up a good sweat & bounce your way fit!

I was a member a lot of fitness clubs and exercises often bored me very fast. This club and rikashake is amazing I am here few times a week and never bored. Every day I am looking forward to try it again. It is very good fun and you really feel you work on your body. Truly recommend !
